Unless a fee is explicitly identified as refundable, all fees are non-refundable. Security deposit is subject to change based on screening results; total deposit will not exceed any legal maximum. Resident is responsible for activating and maintaining utility services with Seattle City Light. This guide does not modify the lease. Additional fees may apply in specific situations as detailed in the application and/or lease agreement, which can be requested prior to applying.
- Utility apportionment (RUBS): monthly collective consumption allocated based on a combination of unit square footage and number of occupants.
- Utility apportionment: total monthly trash bill divided equally by number of occupied units.
- Residents pay Seattle City Lights directly for electricity; call (206) 684-3000 to start service.
- Covers property damage up to $100,000; does not cover personal property.
- $300.00 refundable pet deposit per pet, plus $50.00/month pet rent per pet; maximum of two pets.
- Available third-party internet providers: AT&T, Astound, Xfinity. Contact information provided at move-in.
